Challenge

The real challenge was making it easy to find and book a service without stripping away the brand's personality. The client wanted something that felt trustworthy and elegant, but still got people through booking quickly and without fuss.

Objective

Fewer steps between wanting a service and actually booking it. Sort everything into simple buckets like hair, nails, and skin, then let people filter by price, time, or type so they land on the right thing fast. Make the homepage do the heavy lifting, strong visuals and clear buttons that nudge people straight toward booking. Keep it clean so the services get the spotlight, not the layout. And make it work everywhere, because nobody should lose a booking just because they switched to their phone.

Results

People stuck around longer because the path made sense and nothing got in their way. Fewer dropped off halfway through, now that booking felt simple instead of fiddly. And more of those bookings actually landed, since the site worked just as well on a phone as on a laptop.
